Report a physical barrier
Physical barriers on campus may include items such as an inoperative elevator or chair lift, a blocked pathway, or an inaccessible entrance. Physical access barriers may be reported by filling out the online form linked to below:
Report a digital barrier
Web pages (both static pages and those containing dynamic content like interactive maps), and electronic documents such as PDFs or Microsoft Office files can also present a barrier for some users. Barriers to digital access may be reported by emailing eitbarrier@na300.net or by using the link below:

Report a parking barrier
Illegally parked cars can block access to buildings and dedicated parking spaces. Barriers to accessible parking may be reported by emailing parking@na300.net or by using the link below:
Note: The information you provide will be shared with Parking Services who will redirect the nearest parking enforcement staffer to the reported location.
ADA Title II Regulation

Key revisions to ADA Title II now require WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility conformance for all web content and apps provided by the university or through paid 3rd party resources by April 24th, 2026.
